Four Long Years

Danny and I celebrated our fourth wedding anniversary at my uncle and aunt's cabin in Surry County. We had a lovely time. We often have trouble remembering how many years we have been married since we have "crammed" a lot into our years together.

Rachel and the kids and I had a blast at the lake - on our boat ride we saw many herons, two nests, a wild turkey, and a snake by the dock. The kids played in the frigid water as well, which isn't so bad once your limbs go numb (about 2 minutes in). Enjoy the pics...
